A. PASSPORT APPLICATIONS/RENEWALS:
Passport application is always in person.
Passport applicants must refer to the list of requirements on page 2 of the e-passport application form.

B. REACQUISITION/RETENTION OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP (RA 9225)
Application form/requirements MUST be submitted to the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled consular outreach. Note that applicable fees (in Money Order form) must be submitted with your application.
C. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AUTHENTICATION/NBI/REPORTS OF BIRTH, DEATH, or MARRIAGE
Applicants must submit a prepaid return envelope (e.g. xpresspost envelope) for the release of their documents.

The Consulate has not authorized any person or entity to collect any payments in its behalf and will ONLY ACCEPT payments on site in MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT made payable to the PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
One money order may be used to pay for all application fees of family members applying on the SAME DAY and must reflect the correct and exact total charge.
