VANCOUVER, 28 January 2025 – Philippine Consul General Dr. Gina A. Jamoralin, who recently assumed office in November 2024, paid a courtesy call on Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim on 27 January 2025 at Vancouver City Hall.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss significant topics of mutual interest, including community initiatives, the contributions of the Filipino community to Vancouver, and potential avenues for collaboration between the Philippine Consulate General and the City of Vancouver.
Consul General Jamoralin expressed gratitude for Mayor Sim’s warm reception and support for the Filipino community and looked forward to continuing efforts to strengthen ties between the City of Vancouver and the Philippines. END
