Your new passport will be sent to your mailing address, using a self-addressed return envelope, as soon as it is received by the Consulate General.

The passport applicant must provide a self-addressed prepaid “Xpresspost” return envelope with tracking number via Canada Post, or prepaid mailing envelope from a private courier of choice, upon submission of application.

Please note that the Consulate shall not assume responsibility for passports/documents that may be lost or damaged in the mail.

Follow-up inquiries on passport availability will be entertained only after 10 weeks from the date of application.
