Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 10161, the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Office for Overseas Voting of the COMELEC has ordered the deactivation of registration records of the attached list of overseas voters under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver for failure to vote in the 2013 and 2016 National Elections.

All overseas voters whose registration records are included in the list may file their applications for reactivation from December 01, 2016 to October 31, 2018 at the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver.
