31 March 2016 - The Philippine Consulate General wishes to inform the public that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) announced that under the Automated Election System ​Mixed Mode of Voting covering the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver for purposes of the April 9, 2016 to May 9, 2016 overseas voting period, ALL BALLOTS will be MAILED to registered overseas voters.
All registered overseas voters of the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver who wish to cast their ballots IN PERSON at the Consulate office starting April 9 until May 9, are requested to inform the Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG) of their intention on or before April 5, 2016 by requesting personally at the Consulate or by sending a mail/email to the following:

Please note that according to COMELEC, only one ballot will be allotted for each registered overseas voter. Once the ballot is mailed to the voter, a replacement ballot cannot be issued even if the voter comes to the Consulate.
The Consulate Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group will start mailing the ballots on April 6, 2016 except for those who have signified their intention to cast their ballots in person at the Consulate from April 9 to May 9, 2016.
Overseas voters who have moved to a new address must also notify the Consulate SBRCG before April 5, 2016.
