11 February 2016 – Pursuant to Rule 13 Article 55 of COMELEC Resolution No. 9843, the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver hereby publishes the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) for the 2016 national Elections within its jurisdiction. Additional instructions regarding the conduct of overseas voting for the coming elections will be posted as soon as they are available.
